DESCRIPTION:Dear friends\, \nYou are invited to attend our association’s Annual General Meeting\nto be held from from 1:30 pm Saturday November 25  : \n\nat UNESCO\, Room 4\n7 place Fontenoy\nParis 7è \n\nSee the invitation  \n\n  \nOur meeting will be divided into two parts: \n\nthe general meeting of members\,\nthe commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the inclusion of the French Pilgrim’s Way to Santiago de Compostela on the Unesco World Heritage List.\n\nThe procedure will be as follows: \n1:30 pm – 3 pm: Annual General Meeting \n\n1:30 p.m.: welcome and registration\n2pm: opening of the Annual General Meeting\nTreasurer’s financial report and general secretary’s activity report\nChairman’s report\nPresentation of the Board’s plans for 2023/2024\nSantiago de Compostela award presented to pilgrims who obtained the Compostela in 2023\nAnnouncement of photo contest winners and prize-giving ceremony\n\n3 pm – 5 pm: public session \n\nWelcoming guests\nSpeech by the Ambassador\, Permanent Delegate of France to UNESCO\nPresentation of the book “1958 De Parthenay à Compostelle” by Jacques Vedel and actors from the period\nSigning session.\n\nWe hope to see many of you at this event\, and look forward to seeing you again on this occasion. \nPresident\nPatrice J.M.
