Société Française at the Forum des Associations in the 5th arrondissement of Paris

We took part in the Forum des Associations held on Saturday September 6 from 11am to 5pm in the Salle des Fêtes of the 5th arrondissement town hall.

Present were Lydie Dobin, Marie-Pierre Froment, Benoît Moritz, Elisabeth Thebault and myself. Gérard Gillet joined us around 4.30pm.

As is often the case, the afternoon was much busier with visits, but the morning was interesting.

We had a visit from former Prime Minister Michel Barnier, who showed us on the map where he and his wife will be setting off from in the Loiret to complete their Way.

A lot of people want to make the dream of the Camino de Compostela come true, or tell us what they’ve already done.
