Destination Nature 2023 – The SFASJC

Destination Nature trade show, Parc des Expositions, Porte de Versailles, March 16-19, 2023.

For the 1st time, SFASJC took part in this trade show, which was held on the same platform as the Salon Mondial du Tourisme. Many visitors came to the SFASJC stand, where a dozen volunteers took turns over the 4 days to answer questions from an interested public.

Who doesn’t know the Way of Saint James? When visitors discovered our stand, a smile lit up their faces. Either they’d already done the Camino, or they were planning to do it, or someone they knew had come back delighted. The stand was never empty. To seasoned pilgrims, future pilgrims and members of regional associations, we provided information, created links and encouraged newcomers to embark on the adventure.

There was plenty to share with the public, as well as with other friendly associations such as Les Chemins du Mont Saint Michel and Les Amis de la Voie Francigena.
