Marche De Malesherbes à Maisse – 15th stage of Gr1
17 km walk organized by Régis & Patrick at a pace of 4 km per hour.
Meet at Gare de Lyon in the middle of the RER D Sudplatform at 7.45 a.m. – Train ROPO – 8.01 a.m. towards Corbeil then change at Viry-Chatillon at 9.10 a.m. on the same platform for Malesherbes arriving at 10.06 a.m.
From the station, we cross Malesherbes to Château de Rouville, dating from 1492.
Then off to Moulin-Paillard – to see the 12th-13th century Saint-Léger church and its Neolithic polissoir known as the Seven Swords.
We then take the path through the menhir field, known as the pierre droite, to reach Maisse via a series of narrow lanes.
> RETURN from Maisse station 16h35 ,17h35 – Hourly train to Gare de Lyon RER D.
