“A long time ago, birds were on a pilgrimage. They came from everywhere. A quest had brought them together: they were looking for food that would satiate their souls. Seven valleys awaited them. In each of them, a tale was revealed… ”
Through tales, poetry, Christian mystical texts and experiences of the inner journey, this great tale inspired by the Persian poet Attar’s The Conference of the Birds reveals the stages of an initiatory journey.
After performing this show on the roads to Santiago de Compostela in the summer of 2022, Arnaud Pelletier will be presenting the premiere of his new tour (Rocamadour-Lourdes), which kicks off a few days later.
Actor, storyteller, director and musician, Arnaud Pelletier is a multidisciplinary artist. Driven by a desire for simplicity, slowness and intimacy with the audience, he presents his shows on foot, reviving the ancestral tradition of itinerant theater.
He is the author of the book Gratitude, carnets d’un acteur-pèlerin.
